A Couple of People visited... Abbey & Nelson

Today Hamish and James went back to school, so the Hooker children were feeling a little glum!
Unfortunately, this also meant that they arrived on our bed at 6.45am too!!!

We have mastered the transport, so headed off to catch the tube to Leicester Square.

We had our snacks beside Lord Nelson's column and some massive lions, then on through St James Park to Westminster Abbey.  Lexi and I were accosted by a very forward young squirrel, that I thought was going to run up my trouser leg.  A bit too rat like, when they are up close.

At the Abbey, the children were given a scavenger hunt to fill out as we went around!  Lexi was determined to do it in order and filled out properly.  I felt like I was back in Bath, following on behind Leo!  A very kind guide picked our accent and let Lexi and Clarry behind the roped off area, to sit in the NZ consulate seat!

We had lunch at the top of Peter Jones, before heading to pick up James from school.  We could see his school, from our lunch seat.

The Nanny is on deck now, so we are off to the movies!!!
